RETURNS POLICY
If a defect is discovered in any firearm after being transferred or any of the other products listed: You may contact the manufacturer directly and request a warranty repair or replacement or you may contact us to request a return for refund, WITHIN 14 DAYS of the date of receipt of delivery of the purchased item.
Missing items from shipments must be reported within 2 business days from the date of receipt.
Returning Merchandise to Love and Warr Armory
- A Return Authorization (RA#) Number is required for all returned merchandise and must be requested within 21 days of the original invoice date. Contact us to request an RA#. You will receive an email with further instructions when your return request is approved.
- RA#’s are valid for 7 business days from the date of issue.
- All unauthorized returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Merchandise that has been used or sold at retail is not subject to return and should be referred to the manufacturer’s warranty repair center.
- All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and the purchaser will be responsible for return shipping, unless the item was shipped by Love and Warr Armory in error, or the product is defective cosmetically or mechanically when it arrives at the dealer.
- Return requests submitted for cosmetic reasons must be accompanied by pictures and will be approved for return at the discretion of Love and Warr Armory.
- Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a credit will be issued to the account.
It is your responsibility to validate that FFL locations are in business, perform the required background check, and will legally transfer the firearm.
A restocking fee of 20% per order will be charged for all orders refused by the transferring dealer and returned.
A restocking fee of 20% per order will be charged for all orders returned by the transferring dealer if the dealer refuses to transfer the firearm for any reason.

A restocking fee will be applied for the stated reasons above including:
- Failed Background Checks
- Damages
- Warranty Issues
- Wrong Item Ordered
- Returns
- Any other issues not specifically listed above
Shipments cannot be rerouted to different addresses after they ship. Shipments must be delivered to the shipping address on the order, or it will be returned. Restocking fees will be applied to any returned shipments.
Optics / Sights
Optics, Iron sights, and mounts must be brand new in the package to be eligible for return. If installation has been attempted or completed, returns will not be accepted, and any issues should be referred to the manufacturer’s warranty repair center.
NFA Regulated Items
- NFA-regulated merchandise canceled before shipment is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- NFA-regulated merchandise that has been shipped and is being returned is subject to a 25% restocking fee.
